RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 3 Days of purchase for a return or an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the item(s) on Return/Exchange form.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our mentioned address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to Aoun Collectoin, 13 Hunza Block alongside Jalal Sons, Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return and the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

  • Please note that the customer can only exchange the item and cannot return it.
  • If the customer is allowed to return the item and it is found that the mistake was on the customer's part, then 10 percent of the total amount will be deducted before issuing the refund.The implementation of this policy will only last for 3 days.
